Any suggestions on which light I should order to light a 65 gallon diamond planted tank?  I am hesitant on ordering a single light bar as it may not cover enough surface area.  Pendants would obviously be the best route however the tank has a canopy on it that only leaves 4.5 inches of room.  Suggestions without breaking the bank?  I am not doing anything crazy just plecos and cories to add into it so far with Sagittaria, Crinum, Jungle Val, swords and crypts.

Thanks Steve

I am using a LED USA current Plus Pro 36-48"on my 70gal  Planted tank and I love it, plants are doing great. It brings out the reds in the fish as well and you can adjust it to what you want. It is a little pricy but 4" wide.  You can get a less expensive version with less options for less money.  I now have three of these lights on different size tanks. The best price I found was on Amazon.

I even had to lower the light intensity because it was more then enough light.

I like the LED USA current Plus. I understand that they are usually on sell around Christmas.

So the tank is a diamond shape (5 sided corner tank) and 42 inches wide at the longest part and 25 inches wide (front to back).  My experience with the current fixtures is they don't do the best at spreading their light out over the tank, it seems to be more concentrated straight down.  From talking to some people the Fluval Plant 3.0 fixture might have better coverage and just as strong of lights.  So far I am leaning towards that or buying a few 6000k led strip lights and just plastering the inside of the canopy with those and see how that works lol.

Ooops, you are correct. Strip fixture will not work as well. I have a Kessil for a few years now. it seem to last.
