Not very easy pleco to breed. Now you are done the hard part of spawning them. I know many more will come.  Congrats!

that is really cool, well done. i always thought these species and triactis would breed well in aquarium as they love hiding in their caves. you just proved it lol

Good luck with the spawning. They are not an easy fish to get to breed.

L264 - male is 6inch female is 4.5 + inch. Both fully grown. Male is from curtis in Alberta. Female is from big alls got them full grown. I do have small 3-4inch juvis. 2y I have them only grow half inch to 1inch. So they grow very slow. So key is to get them full grown 5-6inch. I keep them in 80-82 temp. water change every week 20%. Feed them almost every thing, nothfin, nls, earthworm sticks, brine shrimp flakes. Also I added, dif size cave, including 2 discus breeding cone. Pair picked the discus cone. Iam sure they will breed again this month 2nd time, this time I will tumble the eggs.

Damn man that sucks. Wish that wasn't happening!
Does anyone know why males sometimes just kick them all? Like is it because he's new at it?

My 134 also had eggs on fri, male kicked out. When my 333 in the beginning kicked out more than 10x. Now aft a year latter my 333 is a champion breeder, keep the fry till over a month. I really think it's the male. Have to be experience.
