I have 8 very large discus and definate males with trailers off their fins and im pretty sure 4 of them are females but theyve lived together for years and none have ever paired.  Any suggestions on getting them to pair up?  I dont care if they make funny colored babies I just want to give raising baby discus a shot

Any Suggestions help, Thanks

I let them pair up themselves. When they are ready, you should notice two will select a spawning site and chase the others away.

Another method would be to pick a nice pair and put them alone in a 30 gallon tank. That does not always work.
