I have been spawning the Melanotaenia maccullochi. The Skull Creek variant which is so much different from the old Harvey Creek variety that it may gain species status. Very tiny eggs and fry that require infusoria for the first week.

Beautiful, love those rainbows and you do not see them offer in LFS too often.

Charlie,
How big do they get? Love the blue body and black/yellow fins.

They don't usually get bigger than about 2 inches. Great little fish but very expensive. The stores tank price was $39.00 each. Super tiny eggs and fry that require green water infusoria for the first week. After that they are a breeze to raise.
