Yes showers the threat of thunder storms and the lows and highs jumping around make for good cory spawning weather. This week I found eggs in a tank with 2 species that I had not yet spawned. The eggs were smallish but I can not be sure which species spawned. In the tank is C. bonito and C-091 know as the Peru Bondi. Only after they hatch and I raise some fry will I know who spawned. Sometimes the hormones from one kind spawning triggers the other.
My C. caudimaculatus have laid 120 eggs since yesterday and I can only hope for a good hatch rate. Water changes and good feedings of white and black worms also help with triggering spawns.

Congrats on all the spawning! I finally got my group of C. habrosus spawning last week as well.

Side note... Charles, do you have any pictures of those two corys?

Should be another good night for spawning if the weatherman is right.

Yesterday was good as my Aspidoras spilotus laid about 50 eggs. This is a first time spawning for me as I only got them last fall. My Aspidoras albater have been laying every couple of days as well.

Congrats on all the spawning going on in here. I too had a first spawn (for this group) of C. habrosus after a nice cool water change prior to a storm rolling through.

I have about 10 fry growing out from their last spawn. My spawning group has grown to about 16 adults as I always find 1 or 2 fry among them....
